Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely manner. You will need to act proactively and with minimal guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with.
Responsibilities
- Assist with document creation
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Manage executives’ diaries and arrange their daily schedule
- Answer email inquiries and client emails
Requirements
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
- Proficient with the use of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
