Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely manner. You will need to act proactively and with minimal guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with.


  • Assist with document creation
  • Format information for internal and external communication
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Manage executives’ diaries and arrange their daily schedule
  • Answer email inquiries and client emails


  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient with the use of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
